Do you only work in Abruzzo?

Our focus and strength are in Abruzzo, where we live and know the local context well. For some administrative matters or remote consultations, we may also support clients elsewhere in Italy on a case-by-case basis.

Can you recommend builders, agents, or other professionals?

Yes. Over time we have built a network of local professionals we trust. We remain independent: our loyalty is to you, and we are transparent if any referral involves a commission or fee.

How do you work with clients living abroad?

We regularly work with clients who are abroad for most of the year. We use video calls, email, and photo and video reports to keep you fully informed, and we adapt to your time zone when scheduling calls.

Can we start small before committing to a larger package?

Absolutely. Many clients begin with a few hours of support or a specific project. Once you experience the value of having a local ally, it’s easy to decide whether a longer-term arrangement makes sense.
